Vintage DBZ CCG

Repairs is generally best suited to cards valued at $300+ or cards with sentimental value that justifies the cost.

How much does Dragon Ball card restoration cost?

Pregrade Clean costs $20 CAD per card; Repairs costs $155 CAD per card. Prices are plus tax. In-house slab cracking adds $25 CAD. Card analysis is an optional add-on at $10 CAD per card: Centering, edge, and corner analysis with a grade estimate. Grade estimates are opinions, not guarantees. Final grades and grading acceptance are determined solely by the grading company. Return shipping is billed at cost. The photo assessment is free; you approve the plan before work and pay after completion.

Do you treat vintage DBZ CCG and Dragon Ball Super the same way?

No. They are different products with different paper and foil. Tell us which game the card is from in the assessment email. The written plan will name the era, not a generic “Dragon Ball” clean.

Can you flatten curled Dragon Ball Super foils?

Some DBS curl relaxes. A hard warp often does not. Secret Rares and other special foils are easy to haze if someone forces them flat. Send an edge-on photo with the usual front and back shots.

Is a repair worth it on vintage DBZ cards?

We compare the expected improvement with the cost and discuss your goals for the card. Sentimental value can justify work that resale value alone would not. Cleaning does not reverse yellowing within the paper; your recommendation will explain whether cleaning, repair, or leaving the card untreated is the best option.

Do you assess English and Japanese Dragon Ball cards?

Yes. Imports are common. Finishes differ by printing, so include a photo that shows the language line and any set mark. We will not assume an English DBS foil and a Japanese vintage card need the same work.

How should I pack Dragon Ball cards for Kingston?

Wait for a written plan. Sleeve and load each card. Keep vintage DBZ paper and modern DBS foils from rubbing each other in the same sandwich. Tracked, insured Canada Post both ways. We send intake details after you approve the work.
