How to ship trading cards securely
After you approve a plan, pack cards so they stay rigid and still in transit. This is the typical mail-in flow we share with collectors across Canada.

Typical packing steps
Penny sleeve, top loader, cardboard sandwich, bubble wrap, then a box or bubble mailer.
01Penny sleeve
Slide the card into a penny sleeve so the surface is covered before it goes into anything rigid.
02Top loader
Seat the sleeved card in a top loader so it cannot flex or take a corner ding in transit.
03Cardboard sandwich
Place the loader between two pieces of cardboard slightly larger than the holder, then tape the sandwich closed without squeezing the card.
04Bubble wrap
Wrap the sandwich so the bundle cannot shift, and add enough padding that it stays snug without crushing the corners.
05Box or bubble mailer
Use a sturdy box when you want extra rigidity, or a bubble mailer when the sandwich already keeps the card from bending. Choose tracked Canada Post service with insurance that matches the card value.
